Best Software Company, Jackson MS

Say goodbye to career stagnation.

Say Hello to SCS.

At SCS, we’re not just hiring some of the country’s top software developers and network engineers, we’re giving them the green light to break the ceiling on their professional growth.

What makes you better, makes us better.

Here’s how we make that happen betterer:

Guaranteed Challenges

Our clients are leaders and fast-risers in a wide array of industries. They move at a pace and scale that creates fresh problems they can’t fix in-house. That pretty much puts the whammy on anyone working on the same system, in the same language, on the same project day after day.

Teams At Every Level

We like people who can carry their own water. But we like them even better when they like helping other people carry way more water than one person can alone. Will you work independently? Sometimes. Will you work with people you actually like sharing the spotlight with? Absolutely.

Mentors To Guide You And Push You

At some point, everyone needs a guide. If you’ve never had a mentor, you’ll find one here. And, if you’ve never been a mentor, you’ll have chances to become one. Mentorship is a critical part of our culture, and an indispensable part of growing. And we tend to do a lot of that.

Growth That Creates Leadership Opportunities

Not to brag. But we’re growing. (Okay, we’re bragging.) That means we’re always on the lookout for people who not only know their stuff, but know how to lead people who know their stuff, too. If you’ve ever been stuck in a slot because a spot above you never opens up, say goodbye to that.

Be The Geek

Maybe that word hasn’t always sat well with you. We get it. Our CEO was checking books in programming from the library at the age of 14. Trust us, he definitely gets it. But it means something bigger and deeper at SCS. Because we don’t want you to be a geek. We want you to be the geek. Here’s how.

What’s it really like to live and work at SCS?

That’ll take a minute.
Actually, 67 seconds.

Quotes from Staff.

Doesn’t seem like just another place to work, rather it is a true team approach and almost feels like a close family.”

Landon

Another great thing about working here is that this area does not have the traffic problems like major cities. Here it is easy to arrive at work safely and feeling good about the commute."

Avaya

It is very good that when you are working on a project and find a better way, your Managers are supportive so you don’t have to be afraid or hesitant to bring up another way to handle the project.”

Yashwanth

Very easy to ask questions and learn. Many talents are here and can share a world of experiences to help a person grow no matter where they are in their career development.”

Vinisha

SCS really has its stuff together when it comes to a quality, growth environment for employees, open communication.”

Joey

My spouse is very happy here. She was working remotely so did not have to change jobs with this move. We stayed at a motel for a week or two; then found a home to rent. It was easy and a very good way to get to know the area that we would want to purchase in.”

Mark

Everyone here has been fabulous to help me figure out things with work and outside of work, too. It is a very unique experience joining SCS ---more than a family, a real ‘show you they care at work and outside work' kind of family.”
